For areas with seismic fortification requirements, if 02S404 rigid wing rings are used, flexible connections should be installed nearby on the pipelines entering the pool wall or building exterior wall.
When installing wing ring pipelines, the operator has a wide range of space utilization and can freely use it. After the user moves in, the space for maintenance and replacement of pipelines (reaching the end of their service life, etc.) is very limited for the operator. Only temporary pipe supports and sleeves can be used to fix the pipeline and perform corresponding operations. Meanwhile, the installation of rigid wing rings can also avoid damage to the interior decoration of the living room during pipeline replacement; If no casing is installed, replacing the pipeline will cause damage to the wall surface at the point where the pipeline passes through the wall.
Wing ring features:
1. The thickness of the concrete wall or brick wall at the pipe penetration point should not be less than 200, otherwise one or both sides of the wall should be thickened.
2. The dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of welding structures shall be implemented in accordance with JB/5000.3-1998. Manual arc welding is used for welding, with welding rod model E4303 and grade J422. The basic form and size of the weld groove shall be in accordance with GB958-88.
3. When the steel pipe is installed vertically, grouting material or concrete can be used instead of expansion cement.
